The Contestant agrees to hold harmless Wheeler County Forestry Pageant, the Pageant Directors and the Volunteers, the location of the pageant and its holdings from damages incurred through loss, theft, or injury caused by or during her participation or to and from the pageant or any related events. I hereby acknowledge that I have read the official rules and regulations set forth by the Wheeler County Forestry Pageants and that I will comply with them in every way, and that the personal data that I have submitted is true and correct. I give permission for the local forestry pageants and the Georgia Forestry Pageant to use my daughter's picture for publicity. I understand that there is a $50.00 service charge on all returned checks and that there are NO refunds unless the pageant is canceled.

MISS HOSPITALITY: NO ENTRY FEE REQUIRED. MUST SELL AT LEAST 10 ADS TO BE ELIGIBLE. Miss Hospitality will receive Crown, sash, crowning pin, large trophy, gift bag and savings bond. CONTACT DIRECTOR FOR MORE INFORMATION.

MISS CONGENIALITY: NO ENTRY FEE REQUIRED. This will be based on contestants votes for each age group. Miss Congeniality will receive a large trophy and gift bag.

PEOPLE'S CHOICE QUEEN: Contestant collecting the most $1 votes before or during the pageant. People's choice queen in each age division will receive a large trophy and gift bag.

*ENTER EVERYTHING FOR $100.00 BEFORE JANUARY 10TH AFTER JANUARY 10TH IT WILL BE FULL PRICE &LATE FEE($10.00) FOR EVERYTHING WILL BE $120.00. (Applications can be accepted up to the day before of the pageant as long as application and $50.00 deposit is paid.) They also will be one early bird special given to One contestant in each age group which is $10.00 off entrance fee and will receive a special surprise on stage. I will also give a surprise gift and $15.00 off entry fee for the first contestant to enter the pageant this will not effect the early bird special for the contestants age division.
